About Dr. Moon
Early Life and Education
Dr. Sohee Moon was born and raised in South Korea. She later moved to the United States, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University.
Dental and Orthodontic Training
Dr. Moon completed her dental education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She then moved to Los Angeles to complete her orthodontic residency at the University of Southern California.
Her strong academic background and specialized orthodontic training have shaped the way she approaches patient care with skill, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail.
Her Approach to Orthodontic Care
Dr. Moon is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She believes orthodontic treatment is also about listening carefully, understanding each patient’s goals, and making the experience feel positive and personal.
For Dr. Moon, one of the most rewarding parts of orthodontics is building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey. She values trust, communication, and the connections created along the way.

Outside the office, Dr. Moon enjoys running, yoga, and pilates, and is passionate about health and wellness. She loves exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, discovering local farmers markets, and spending quality time with her family.
