- Extra Set of Replacement AlignersA common complaint amongst teenagers is that they lose or damage their aligners quite often. Not accommodating... We are from out of town and my son had a bracket fall off and a long wire pop out. As this is the ONLY orthodontist in Rome, we called to asked if they could clip the wire. The response was that they don't deal with out-of-state people, and when we said again that we are not out-of-state, they indicated they don't deal with us either - something about not being in their coverage area... Never heard of a place that won't cut a wire. We were willing to pay! Thankfully a family member in town had wire cutters and did for us for free, no problem. This place is a turn-off and I feel bad that it is the only option for Romans.

The staff is extremely friendly and my daughter even has a couple staff there that she has bonded with and really likes, their always so kind and gentle when working on her teeth. Most definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for an orthodontist that they need to go to or bring their kids to as you couldn’t find a better place to go.. thank you all for the amazing work that you do!

I rated them a 5/5, but would give them more stars if possible! We chose Rome Orthodontics after we went for our complimentary consult and were greeted warmly and professionally. During the initial consult every detail of the process was explained to us fully and they even offered numerous payment plans that worked for us to put braces on two teenagers. The staff are always friendly, the environment is meticulously kept, appointments are simple to make, and most importantly the dentists and assistants make the experience relaxing and fun for our children. We are so glad that we are part of the Rome Orthodontics family. You will not be disappointed in their service!

First off, never would have expected same-day service. Wonderful, helpful staff. Everyone very pleasant and friendly. Elizabeth explained all payment options and easily factored in our dental insurance. She also was eager to hear about my daughter's activities and to share that they are happy to support local community groups.
